The integrated
life, practiced
deliberately.A practice

People come to me for different reasons. Some are stuck in patterns they can't seem to break — doomscrolling, procrastination, the same arguments with themselves for years. Some are in midlife and asking, plainly, what they want from the rest of it. Some have decided they're done with the 9-to-5 and want to build something on their own. The work is the same underneath: figuring out what actually needs to change, and then changing it

01 — Philosophy

Four faculties.
One integrated life.

I coach across four things because they're not separate. You can't think clearly if your body is broken. You can't do good work if your attention is shot. You can't develop taste if you're never paying attention. They go together or they don't go at all.

i.

Body

Capacity is physical first. Strength, sleep, training, and recovery as the substrate everything else rests on.

Train. Sleep. Recover.
ii.

Mind

Focus, reading, thinking clearly. The thing almost everyone has lost.

Read. Think. Decide.
iii.

Work

Building a solo business. Websites, productivity systems, AI workflows. The daily work behind the result.

Build. Compound. Ship.
iv.

Taste

What you read, watch, listen to. What you tolerate. Not something I coach in a session — it's the slow shape a life takes when the other three are in order. I write about it at thehigharts.com.

Curate. Refine. Keep.
The integrated life is not a balance —
it is a composition.

02 — Practice

Three engagements.
Each with equal weight.

The practice is small by design. Engagements are private, evidence-led, and structured around measurable change. There is no funnel and no cohort — only the work.

iEngagement

Evidence-based coaching

Behavioural change grounded in the literature — not folk wisdom. A 12- to 24-week engagement for executives and operators working on a specific, measurable shift.

Wellness coaching

Sleep, training, nutrition, stress. The unsexy fundamentals, installed as durable habits — for people who can afford the best and still aren't where they want to be.

Consulting for solopreneurs

Strategy, systems, and the digital stack — tools, apps, and workflows — engineered for people who work alone and want to keep it that way. Productive solitude, made operational.

04 — Writing

Notes, slowly.
Sent monthly.

Short essays on training, attention, work, and the books I'm reading carefully. Long-form, low-frequency, no engagement bait.

05 — The conversation

A consultation
is the first piece
of work.

Thirty minutes, no obligation. We talk plainly about what you're trying to change, whether the practice is a fit, and what an engagement would look like.
