My Story

I didn’t figure this out in my 20s or go viral with some flashy funnel.
I was in my 40s, stuck in a 9-5 teaching job, exhausted, and quietly wondering if I’d missed my shot.
I was overweight. I drank too much on weekends. I smoked. I stayed up until 3am scrolling and procrastinating on my PhD—something I’d been “working on” for years. I knew I needed to change, but I kept blaming circumstances instead of taking responsibility.
Then the COVID lockdown hit, and I made a decision: no more excuses.
I quit binge drinking. I stopped smoking. I lost 15 kilos. I started training 6 days a week and became a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I finally finished my PhD in Education Policy after years of avoiding it. I built my own online English teaching business from scratch—registered it, learned web development, created my own site, and scaled it to replace my salary.
Then I self-published a book about Scrivener 3 (the writing app most authors use instead of Word). It became an Amazon bestseller.
That’s when I realized something important:
This wasn’t just about business. It was about becoming the version of myself I always knew I was meant to be—but kept delaying.
What I do now
I help people navigate the same transformation I went through.
As a life purpose coach, wellness coach, dopamine addiction coach, and productivity coach, I work with professionals who know they’re capable of more but feel stuck in patterns they can’t break. Whether you’re struggling to find direction, trapped in dopamine loops, or ready to launch your solo business, I provide structured, evidence-based guidance with real implementation.
I also help aspiring authors write, publish, and market their books—because I’ve done it and know exactly where people get stuck.
